Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to provide seamless, integrated architecture and building surveying services that deliver creative design solutions and expert technical assessments. We strive to design and plan spaces that enhance the quality of life for those who use them, while protecting and respecting the environment, and are committed to guiding our clients through every stage of the building process.
Our Vision
At Bond McCart, we envision a world where development and sustainability go hand in hand. A world where every project we undertake contributes positively to the communities it serves and the environment as a whole. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of design and planning to achieve this vision, one project at a time.
John certainly helped us achieve it. Since the building has been completed, it has become one of the favourite locations for students
Patrick Hanlon
He could take the building, obtain planning and convert this into the Medical Centre that our practice needed; he did not disappoint..
Dr Craig Namvar
Ronan could navigate the whole process, from writing a conservation specification, taking it through listed building consent, to tendering the scheme and administering the conservation project on site.
Denis Maloney
John steered us through the planning and execution stages in a friendly and professional manner. We are thoroughly pleased with the end result!
Nicola Mairs
John guided us from the first sketch to the installation of the last tile on the wall and his professionalism and building knowledge was exemplary.
